I'm fine

Talking about emotions means admitting they’re happening, which is most of the time scary.. For me, being “emotional” makes me feel I’m showing a sign of weakness, and I cant handle. So when people ask me how i am, my response is “I’m fine.” Maybe I should stop saying “I’m fine” and just admit that no, I’m actually not fine.. I’m just not in a position to deal with this yet.
